The Education Bureau announced the suspension of face-to-face classes until December 6

Dear parents,

The Education Bureau has announced that all kindergartens and Primary schools from P1-P3 will stop the face-to-face classes until December 6. Therefore, our school will maintain the current online Zoom class mode until further notice.

We will distribute an order form for learning materials, miscellaneous items, stationery, art, labor, and refreshments for the next semester. Parents can pay by cash or cheque at the school on the following dates. The snack fees for the last semester will be refunded to the morning class parents in January 2021and further notice will be announced later.

In addition, we will distribute learning materials for all levels on the following dates and times. Parents are requested to pick up the materials at the school on time and pay attention to the information about "return items" issued by all levels. We understand appreciate that parents may encounter different difficulties during this tough time. If you need our assistance in any situation, please feel free to contact the class teacher.

It’s been a long time that we have been fighting the pandemic. As parents, it is not easy to take into account many practical situations. Teachers are also experiencing different tasks by taking immediate action- both face-to-face and online Zoom lessons to cater children’s learning needs. We understand that many working parents are busy and they need relatives or foreign domestic helpers to take care of the children. At the beginning of the class suspension, class teachers have taken the time to teach children how to use zoom, YouTube and QR codes hoping to children can master the skills on how to operate on their own to reduce parents' worry and pressure. It is not difficult to find that many K2 and K3 children can operate the electronic devices freely, thus parents do not need to sit next to their children for a long time. We are really pleased to know this. As the pandemic is getting more serious, I urge everyone to continue to strictly follow the pandemic prevention measures. Parents should also take care of their physical and mental needs. If you need support and talk, please contact the school social worker Miss Chan or Miss Ma every Tuesday and Thursday.

Good health and God bless you!

                                                         Sincerely,

Jessica Leung
